A. User Eligibility

B. Content Ownership & License

You own your stories. By posting on Storimet, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the platform.

Prohibited Content:

  • Hate speech or discriminatory content
  • Pornography or sexually explicit material
  • Copyrighted material you don't own
  • Content that incites violence or illegal activities
  • Harassment or bullying of other users

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.

C. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

D. Payments & Withdrawals

Creators may receive donations and gifts from readers. A 10% platform fee applies to all transactions. Withdrawals are subject to minimum amounts and verification. Storimet reserves the right to hold payments for investigation of suspicious activity.

E. Moderation & Termination

We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or restrict access to any content that violates these terms. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for repeated violations or severe breaches.

F. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the Laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.

G. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
